Shelby LaButte

Shelby LaButte is the Assistant Director for the Center for Conservation Excellence at the National Wild Turkey Federation. She has a bachelor of science degree in environmental sciences from the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor and graduated from the Conservation Law Center at Michigan State University College of Law. Shelby also teaches Wildlife Law at Hillsdale College in Hillsdale Michigan. She is a strong advocate for hunting, angling, and the shooting sports; recognizing the importance of being knowledgeable about and partaking in these activities, as well as the role that knowledge and activity play in the conservation movement, including safeguarding our hunting heritage.
