Ryan Pettigrew is a US Realty Operations Senior Manager at the Walmart Home Office in Bentonville, Arkansas, and is currently managing the South and East Texas regions. Through his 9 years in Walmart Realty, Ryan has managed millions of square feet of retail space, developed new stores, and secured dozens of highly profitable land deals.
Recently Ryan had the opportunity to marry his two great passions – business and the outdoors – when he was asked to lead the Acres for America conservation program for Walmart, which, in partnership with the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation, has conserved more than 1.8 million acres of land since 2005.
Prior to joining Walmart, Ryan was an attorney in private practice at Lester Law Firm in Fayetteville where he served as a mediator, conducted civil litigation, formed and advised small businesses, and represented domestic relations clients. Ryan is a Hendrix College graduate and alumni of the University of Arkansas School of Law, graduating in 2006 with his Juris Doctorate.
Ryan is an Eagle Scout and avid outdoorsman. Outside of work he stays active as Events Chair for the Arkansas Chapter of Backcountry Hunters and Anglers, and as Vice Chair of the Board for First Christian Church of Fayetteville. He is a graduate of the Arkansas State Chamber of Commerce Leadership Arkansas Class XV.
