Phillip Lowe

Representative Phillip Lowe was first elected to the South Carolina House of Representatives in 2006, representing Florence County. Representative Lowe is a member of the House Ways and Means Committee, serves as the Chairman of the Criminal Justice Subcommittee, and is a member of the House Rules Committee.

Representative Lowe attended the Medical University of South Carolina, the University of South Carolina, and Francis Marion University and works as a physical therapist and developer. He is married, has three children, and is an avid outdoorsman. He is a previous South Carolina Legislative Sportsmen’s Caucus Co-Chair and has served as a board member for both the South Carolina Department of Natural Resources and the South Carolina Conservation Bank. Representative Lowe is a recipient of the Wildlife Distinguished Service Award, is a member of Ducks Unlimited, the National Rifle Association, the Blue Water Fishing Club and is the President and Founder of the Flyway Foundation.
