Mandy Harling is the NWTF’s National Director of Hunting Heritage Programs and leads NWTF’s integration of Recruitment, Retention and Reactivation (R3). She is also responsible for the organization’s award-winning national education and outreach efforts. During her 18 years at NWTF, she has worked to train and empower a network of grassroots volunteers to work with state and federal agencies and partners across the country to pass on the traditions of safe, ethical hunting and to teach conservation principles. She served on the Council to Advance Hunting and the Shooting Sports Development Workgroup assisting with writing the National Hunting and Shooting Action Plan and currently serves on the National R3 Implementation Workgroup. She holds a BA from Winthrop University and is a fellow of the National Conservation Leadership Institute. Mandy became a hunter as an adult and has dedicated her career to ensuring that others have the opportunity to shoot, hunt and enjoy the outdoors.
