Mandy Harling

Mandy leads NWTF’s integration of Recruitment, Retention and Reactivation (R3) and is responsible for the organizations national education and outreach efforts. During her 20 years at NWTF she has worked to train and empower a network of grassroots volunteers to work with state and federal agencies and partners across the country to pass on the traditions of safe, ethical hunting and to teach conservation principles. She served on the Council to Advance Hunting and the Shooting Sports Development Workgroup and currently serves on The Assessment Group (TAG) review panel. She holds a BA from Winthrop University and is a fellow of the National Conservation Leadership Institute.
