Kevin Bruce

Kevin Bruce joined Arena Offshore in 2021, arriving with a significant track record of legal, regulatory, and communications experience across the energy sector.  Kevin is the co-founder and executive director of the Gulf Energy Alliance, a coalition of leading independent offshore oil and natural gas producers in the US Gulf of Mexico whose mission is to support policies and regulations that encourage investment, innovation, and job creation for the offshore oil and gas industry. Prior to joining Arena, Kevin was the regional director of state affairs at America’s Natural Gas Alliance (ANGA), where he worked to grow natural gas markets across eleven states. He is a frequent panelist and speaker at energy industry events and a board member of numerous legal and energy sector professional organizations. Kevin was also a senior government and regulatory affairs advisor at Encana Corporation and an attorney at Galloway, Johnson, Tompkins, Burr & Smith in New Orleans. He began his career in Washington, D.C., serving as a legislative assistant. He earned his JD at the Paul M. Hebert Law Center of Louisiana State University and holds a BA in history and public policy from Southern Methodist University.
