Kelby Seanor

Kelby Seanor is the State Director for Louisiana, Alabama, Florida, and Georgia for the National Rifle Association's Institute for Legislative Action (NRA-ILA). He started his career with the NRA in 2020 as a staff assistant at the NRA Headquarters in Virginia. He then worked as a Grassroots Field Coordinator, helping with grassroots outreach and campaign operations in the Southeast before being promoted to his current role as State Director.

As a State Director, Kelby develops and implements legislative agendas, monitors legislation, and provides direct lobbying in his states. Additionally, he oversees candidate ratings and endorsements for elections in his states.

Kelby graduated from Jacksonville University in Florida with a degree in political science and now lives in Jacksonville with his family. He is a former Team USA member and All-American competitor who competes professionally and instructs clay target shooting. In his free time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and attending Georgia Bulldogs football games.
