Karie Decker

Karie Decker serves as the Director of Wildlife and Habitat for the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation, providing leadership for Habitat Enhancement, Wildlife Management and Research projects implemented through RMEF partnerships. Karie holds a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resources degree from the University of Montana and a Master of Science in Fish and Wildlife Management from the University of Arizona. Prior to joining RMEF, she worked as the Research Chief for the Nebraska Game and Parks Commission. She has experience working for various state and federal agencies and universities in Montana, Arizona and Nebraska, providing expertise in wildlife and natural resource management, grant administration, and research.
